Teresa was recognised for her work in supporting companies to achieve diversity and equality in the workplace and for supporting individual entrepreneurs and women executives in business through leadership programmes and coaching.
Each year the Woman Who Achieves awards inspire, achieve and celebrate women in business, education and training across 17 categories.
The Judges said they chose Teresa because she mentors men and women to close the gender pay gap. Operating at a high level and national representation, she is clearly passionate and very driven.
Commenting on the award Teresa said: “It was a truly inspiring day with some very high calibre finalists and winners. It means a lot to me to be recognised for the work I do championing diversity and equality. My mission now is to be a beacon of possibility for women everywhere.”
